Help is on the way. The old version of Cuisinart Automatic Grind and Brew -- the DGB-300BK -- was reduced to $69 at Amazon.

Macy's had in the weekend circular for $49 bucks.

Is it as good as the Capresso?

No, but its 1/4 the price.
