There was one mentioned in the prototypical cyberpunk novel "Count Zero" if I remember correctly.

The first thing that comes to my mind, after reading the page for this keyboard, is a teacher at the music conservatory I attended in Chicago almost 20 years ago. He said he would practice trumpet and piano with the lights out, because that made it impossible for him to look at his hands. Thus, he learned to play only by touch, which is the best way to play; if Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles and Jeff Healey can play without seeing their hands or instruments, then so can anyone. I'm sure the same applies to typing.
...not that I can do it, however...

It's a Real Programmer thang. I want one. 8^)
You know... Real Programmers don't need an OS,
they toggle their programs directly into memory
from the front-panel switches...
Inscreeptions... we don't need no steekin' inscreeptions!
