in the beginning of the clean train campaign, the conductors would tell people with their shoes on the seat just to take them off
i think this is sanctioned behavior

Used to have a housemate with the worst goddamned foot odor problem I've ever encountered. His feet smelled necrotic, but he was healthy. It was some kind of walking-through-feces-has-made-my-feet-a-pair-of-zombies stink that was too bad for him not to notice. It was an arrogant, passive-aggresive maneuver on his part, I'm sure.
What I'm trying to say is you're going to have to kill this guy.
