Oh yeah, that's spam. Did you go to their site? Pretty funny. I'm about 80% certain its just a rip from some legitimate source that's been torn apart and sewn back together with some innapropriate 'regional' stock photos and text that has nothing to do with them.
Kind of makes you mad though, dosen't it? It still gets to me sometimes - just the sheer number of entities trying constantly to deceive and abuse.
