well,

You are buying a cheap tool set. Meaning that you really dont do much around the house. You probably watch a lot of TV. They are not sure exactly if you have the money and are just cheap or really do not have the money. So, there are two tvs a chaep one and a midpriced one. The ladder is based on the prediction that you have a good chance of burning the house down and can use an escape route
