Off to Silicon Valley!
I am off to the sunnier climes of Palo Alto and Mountain View for a few days of meetings, and then onwards to San Fran for more of the same!
Posting will be sporadic, but I have my Casio exilim, and if I see anything particularly fascinating at any of the tech outposts I visit, I'll throw a few snaps up . . .

One of my computer-tech buddies very recently gave me a copy of "The Cuckoo's Egg" to read. You might read parts of it in-transit. The book is set in Berkeley around the late 1980s, talks about computer security and the internet, and is supposed to be based on a true story? I am not for sure. I have only had a copy for a couple days and read the first 150 pages or so.
