So what we are talking about people are going to be willing to park there money and perhaps risk a little downside, thinking that we are "near enough," to start nibbling? What's the time frame? I believe we see another 15% - 20% downside. There is no way that things can get unfroze as fast as some are suggesting. Do infrastructure plays make up the biggest part of the portfolio? I'm parking most my cash and playing a whim, here and there...because that all this market is now days - a whim!
